By using Wondrer, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wondrer.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You can legally enter into binding agreements
• You will comply with applicable laws
• Information you provide is accurate

You may create an account using:

• Email/password
• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Activities under your account
• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully
• Upload abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or discriminatory content
• Post sexually explicit or exploitative material
• Share misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonate others
• Spam or manipulate reviews
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Interfere with app functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Wondrer may allow users to submit:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Photos
• Public restroom information
• Comments
• Other location-based contributions

You retain ownership of your content, but by posting content you grant Wondrer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Modify for operational purposes

This license exists solely for operating and improving the Services.

Wondrer reserves the right to:

• Review content
• Remove content without notice
• Restrict visibility
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Investigate misuse or abuse

Users may report inappropriate content through the app or via:
info@wondrer.app

We maintain moderation systems intended to comply with Apple App Store requirements for applications containing user-generated content.

Information relating to public restrooms, accessibility, cleanliness, safety, or facilities is user-contributed and may not always be accurate.

Wondrer does not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Availability
• Safety
• Accessibility
• Operational status

Users should independently verify information where necessary.

Certain features require location access.

You understand and agree that:

• Some functionality may not work without location permissions
• Location data may be used to personalize experiences
• Device-level permissions control access

All branding, logos, software, designs, and platform content excluding user content remain the property of Wondrer or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Redistribute
• Sell
• Modify
• Exploit platform materials without permission

Wondrer may integrate with third-party services and APIs.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party availability
• Third-party content
• External websites or services
• Third-party privacy practices

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Suitability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Location information, reviews, and recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wondrer and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits

• Reliance on user-generated content
• Service interruptions

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
